After our stunning engagement session in Longboat Key, I could not wait for Jessica and Jorge’s wedding at BirdIsland Lake Ranch in Dade City.

The venue was stunning with its sweeping old oak trees and it’s rustic charm and Jessica left no detail unturned. She put so much thought and energy into every little detail and it showed. I included so many photos in the blog of her flowers because they were just so stunning. They very well may have been one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. She carried her rustic theme throughout the evening flawlessly and even though they got a little rain at the end of the evening, they made the best of it and went with the flow.

The evening was full of family love and it was clear that everyone was so happy and supportive of the new couple. In fact, the groom had such an amazing surprise when his grandmother called all the way from Cuba. I don’t know if there was a dry eye around as he shared such a touching moment with his new bride and his beloved grandmother.

The staff at BirdIsland Lake was so wonderful and accomodating and it was a pleasure to work with them all…It is endlessly clear that these two adore each other and I hope I have a chance to work with them again one day as they build their beautiful family.
